If i could give them 0 stars I would! Kalamazoo specialty plants has the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life! I called to ask questions regarding their products and then the receptionist proceeded to be rude in saying I don't know and then hung up on me! Then I called back and asked for the persons supervisor to alert them of the situation, because I assumed they didn't know know and that's how you loose customers, so after being rude to me she then transferred me so I asked her supervisor once she answered the phone if she was the receptionists supervisor to which she replied "I guess you can say that" which lead me to believe she really is not, but I proceeded to tell her about my experience to which she replied "nobody hung up on anybody" I told he that I was hung up on to which she replied very rudely "what do you want?" So I asked for her supervisor determined not to be belittled and she said "well that's me, so your not getting anywhere" and hung up!!! If this is the way they treat people trying to do business with them, I can guarantee you that you will be treated the same.
